Get answers to common questions about BROW LAMINATION.
Brow lamination uses a gentle lifting solution to soften hair bonds, then repositions hairs into a brushed-up, uniform shape. A neutralizer sets the style and optional tint defines color. Results typically last six to eight weeks with proper aftercare.
Most clients enjoy lifted, styled brows for six to eight weeks depending on hair growth cycle and aftercare. Touch-ups or re-laminations are recommended around the eight-week mark to maintain shape, texture, and fullness.
We perform a consultation and skin patch test to assess suitability. The treatment is not suitable for clients using retinol, tretinoin, or any acidic skin-thinning treatments. For sensitivity or open lesions, we will recommend alternatives.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free brows and avoid chemical peels or skin-thinning products for at least two weeks prior. If you use retinoids or acids, discontinue under your doctor's guidance well before treatment. Inform your technician of allergies.
Avoid getting brows wet for 24 hours and skip heavy makeup or saunas for two days. Brush daily with the included spoolie and apply nourishing oil as recommended. Schedule touch-ups every six to eight weeks to keep your shape fresh.
Yes — many clients choose tinting and microshaping alongside lamination for a defined, polished look. Our stylists customize the sequence for best results. Disclose any skincare treatments like retinol or acids beforehand, as they may affect suitability.
