Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about LASH REMOVAL.

Most LASH REMOVAL appointments take 20–40 minutes, depending on the number of extensions, adhesive strength, and any corrective needs. Severe adhesive buildup or integrated styling may require additional time for safe, thorough removal and lash assessment.

When performed correctly by trained technicians, LASH REMOVAL should not damage natural lashes. We use gentle solvents and precise techniques to dissolve adhesive and minimize pulling. Regular maintenance and proper aftercare further reduce risk and support healthy lash growth.

DIY removal risks lash loss, irritation, and adhesive residue. Home solvents and tools can be ineffective or harmful. For safety and best results, have extensions removed professionally — especially for light volume styles that require precise technique to protect natural lashes.

Most clients can receive new extensions after 48–72 hours if their natural lashes are healthy. If there’s irritation or weakened lashes, we recommend waiting 1–2 weeks and following our aftercare to ensure optimal adhesion and lash strength before reapplication.

We use salon-grade, ophthalmologist-tested adhesive removers, oil-free cleansers, precision tools, and soothing eye pads to safely dissolve extensions and remove residue. All products are chosen for sensitivity, effectively protecting natural lashes while preparing them for reapplication when appropriate.

Gently cleanse daily, avoid oil-based removers and heavy eye makeup for 48–72 hours, and skip waterproof mascara for several days. Use recommended nourishing serums and avoid rubbing or eyelash curlers while lashes recover to promote healthy regrowth and prevent fallout.
