Clients typically schedule fills every two to three weeks to maintain fullness as natural lashes shed. Your artist will recommend timing based on your lash cycle, lifestyle, and desired look. Regular fills help prevent gaps and preserve the overall shape.
We advise avoiding mascara on extensions—especially waterproof formulas—as it can clump and shorten wear. If you must, use a water-based extension-safe mascara and apply sparingly to the tips only. Always remove gently with oil-free removers to protect adhesive bonds.
After your appointment avoid water, steam, heavy sweating, and saunas for the first 24–48 hours to allow adhesive to cure. Sleep on your back, avoid oil-based products, and gently comb lashes daily with a clean spoolie to maintain separation and shape.
Contraindications include active eye infections, conjunctivitis, recent eye surgery, severe blepharitis, or known allergy to lash adhesives.
